Audition & Submission Privacy Notice

This is a separate privacy notice specifically for self-tapes, showreels, headshots, casting applications, performer data and related submissions. This notice explains how Dream Awake China Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you submit materials for casting, auditions or creative consideration. We are the Data Controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

1. What Data We Collect

When you submit an audition or creative application, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Location
  • Age or date of birth (where relevant)
  • CV and performance history
  • Headshots, photographs, videos, showreels
  • Voice recordings
  • Any additional information you choose to provide

This may include special category data where relevant (e.g. ethnicity or disability access needs), which we only process with your explicit consent.

2. Why We Collect This Data

  • Casting decisions
